We create disruptively inspirational content to celebrate and elevate the human experience.
Our work is our service. While we know art won't necessarily change the world, we absolutely believe that with the right intention it can inspire our audience to get up and change the world around them.
Too much of what's out there is just another distraction. It's not about making content that makes us feel better about being worse. It's about content that makes us want to be better. A reminder to live life on purpose - to celebrate and elevate the human experience.

RACIST TREES (2022)
Racial tensions are reignited as a historically Black neighborhood in Palm Springs fights for the removal of a wall of trees that many believe were originally planted as a totem of segregation.
Synopsis: Cut off from the glitz and glamor of Palm Springs, and overshadowed by towering sixty-foot Tamarisk trees, lies the historically Black Lawrence Crossley neighborhood. Allegedly planted by the City in the late 1950s to line the 14th fairway of a City-owned golf course, these trees have become the focal point of frustration and animosity for locals who see the trees as an enduring symbol of redlining. For decades, residents have been forced to put up with the tangled overgrowth from a specie...

OMG!!! LOL!!!!🤣😂
longest proposal ever!
Yikes, this proposal is super cringe. I could feel both balls slowly getting castrated as the last piece of masculinity in me disappeared.
I’m just 😊😊😊😊
Oooooo that looks amazing on 😊
😊
🎉
I mean ---- Straight out of fairytales !!!!!! 😭😭😭🤌🏻✨
This is the most wholesome video on the whole Internet!!! I can't stop crying!! God bless them❤
Thank you - just needed this today - 03-05-24
Tony Porter is King!
This is a whole movie in itself ❤
This was one of the cutest, funniest, tearjerking, happiest proposals I’ve ever seen. It’s been 10 Years since your proposal. I hope you are both happy together and are still laughing with each other.
Please dont cut these trees down. They did nothing. They are innocent and support wildlife and remove catastrophic climate carbon. Its not their fault; they didnt ask to be planted their by "racist" people. Instead please put a plaque up describing redlining and give these residents of color their long over due in REPARATIONS AND EQUAL HOME VALUE .
I agree in preserving mother natures trees. This is several years ago when this story came to light. If it's any consulation, Some home owners opted not to have their trees (directly in their back yard) bulldozed. Very interesting documentary on PBS.
Best proposal ever. The most beautiful love story I’ve ever seen.
So lovely circle of so much love
He cudnt think of one way to propose so he compined all the ways❤aww made me cryyy😢
😂..if its not a big deal.... If its not a race thing....take down the trees.. Smdh
Obviously, you did not watch the documentary, and do not have a clue what the he!! you are talking about. 😇
I wish me and my friend would be the flower set up on this table to listen first hand and fell the energy of this Panel Thanks Justin for this. Definitely sharing this the men in my life.
What a good man!! If he wanted to he would!!!!
Is this satire? 😂😂😂😂
This film served to show how entitled people can act and how irresponsible "filmmakers" can create bad will where none existed. The Crossley Tract residents complained because the tract didn't have sidewalks or lighting when it was built. Well guess what...those are the responsibilities of the developer. They complained when a short chain link fence was installed after the tamarisks were cut back, thereby preventing children living in the tract from playing on the golf course. Hey, the golf course is a private amenity, not your community playground. Maybe Lawrence Crossley should have included a playground in the tract. They complained that property values in the tract are lower than average for the city, as if there aren't many homes in every city with values lower than average. Trae Daniel takes it a step further and grossly exaggerates the disparity between values in Crossley tract and the average sales price for a Palm Springs residence. That's not enough. The film needs more evidence these tamarisks are the spawn of the great white satan, so along comes Angela Johnson to claim tamarisks require up to 300 gallons of water daily. I guess the long-believed-but-never-proven falsehood of "200 gallons daily" wasn't enough, so another exaggeration was required. These numbers were never backed with research. Tamarisks are hardy shrubs and trees, well suited for a harsh, dry climate. They are a common sight in the desert southwest. They aren't native, but what is native in anybody's yard in the desert? Virtually nothing. Reading a credible, cited and well-researched study available online will show you 50 gallons or less is closer to the truth. That's comparable to the amount of water consumed to sufficiently irrigate a 300 square foot section of turf. And this is in a golf-driven valley with over 100 golf courses consuming nearly 1,000,000 gallons of water EACH, daily. Yes, each course per day. The tamarisks are long gone from Crossley Tract now, and the view of the San Jacintos is a beautiful sight almost any day of the year. There isn't any evidence of racism behind the tamarisks. But this is from a community that pointed the finger of racism at Frank Bogert, the successful mayor of Palm Springs in the 50s and 60s who probably did as much for the city as anyone ever. Maybe the homeowners on Lawrence St can now tidy up the back of their properties.
You can write all that & not even look 1 damn thing up? Wth hate to say it but my grandmother owned 1 of the most expensive property in La Quinta, said she bought it before everyone moved in thats part of what the desert was known for back then. These trees separating that track of homes, you don't see that anywhere of the deserts 12 different golf courses, you see them by Martha's kitchen & Coachella valley rescue missions because that's where the city allows them to build their encampments...
I really would have loved to see more of Bassem in this one. He got some good screen time in the beginning and then nothing for the rest of the episode. It's a shame because he was so insightful and such a clear communicator
Trees came down to show backyard decay.
Did you watch the end of the documentary? How all the yards looked after? I was born & raised in the desert and non of the 13 golf courses have these trees around them... Get off your high horse now, the only time you see these trees in the desert is by the rescue missions in Coachella so the homeless people can camp in them...😂 Get the eff of the block...
Many of the yards are quite nice. Stop with your dumping on socio economic oppressed people in this country.
This is wonderful because everyone is opening up their hearts. There is nothing lame about genuine dialogue. This really resonates with me.
But are the racist trees pro life or pro choice? How do they identify themselves?
This is my first time hearing this story. The only house i remember being mention was the the Ebony/Jet publisher John Johnson and his family owning a house there. Glad to see its has a middle class neighborhood.
👏🏼
If I lived next to a golf course, I would want a thick wall of trees. And if there wasn't one, I would immediately plant fast-growing trees or tall bushes there. As a privacy screen. And to keep out the noise and pollutants from there. And I don't want to watch anyone play golf. Trees are so much better to look at. And they are good for the environment, improve the air, and will likely attract birds. It's ridiculous to the extreme to compare trees to the Berlin wall.
Yep; I used to know a older couple that had a house that bordered a public golf coarse. They would have loved to have a row of trees like this . Golfers used to come up to the edge of their property in the bushes and urinate all the time ! No bathrooms at the 4th hole. It was usually in full view of their patio doors.
Grew up in the desert, there's like what 14 diff golf courses down there, none of them have these trees around them....
Not only that these trees smell & are hard to inhale, most houses in the desert like watching the play if not there's netted walls🙄
😂the big difference here.....THAT WOULD BE YOUR CHOICE👀👀...Not to mention the man said the trees are over HIS property line👀👀👀🤦🏾♀️
Tamarisk trees are sacred trees in the Bible called "Eshel" in Hebrew, saw this online. The Tamarisk is mentioned several times in the Bible. Abraham planted one and it is mentioned in Genesis 21:33, NIV. Usually, black Africans consider trees sacred. Tamarisk is in many parts of the world and probably originated in Asia, if well taken care of, they flower very well. They are beautiful ornamentals.
WHY NOT HER PARENTS WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PARENTS BEING IN IT INSTEAD WTF😭😩
He obvi just wanted to make this weird LONG short film about himself half the stuff had nothing to do with her 😂😭🙏
27 MINS that’s CRAZY Narcissism fr
It’s giving narcissist
Silliest thing I've ever heard. People usually welcome a buffer between their property and an adjoining commercial operation.
Not really, there's like over 14 diff golf courses in the desert, NONE of them have these trees, obviously not from around here but properties are worth more w/an open front that's why there's jump 1.75 in value...
The best wedding proposal that I've ever seen.

The most beautiful proposal I have ever seen. He did so much effort, and I am sure she very well deserved it. Made me cry.
Open discussion... transition from discussion of a woman's experience to man's experience....hmmm
Nice circle back in terms of the multi-level social impacts on women
Can’t believe how sweet, and the music is from twilight I can’t believe that either
I can only dream of finding a love like this. So beautiful 🥺
that was so beautiful.
Oh FFS
I come back to this video from time to time and it still makes me cry like a baby lmao.
Ridiculous. I lived there for 15 years. The trees are a highly effective windbreak . This is Ridiculous
Seemingly so until you watch the documentary. Not ridiculous.
I come back to these videos from time to time because this is so important and beautiful. I share this set of videos to my friends, no matter the gender, ALL THE TIME.
❤❤
